Resend a Welcome Email

Overview

Use these steps to find the relevant case by reference and resend its welcome email from the Matters area in Case Tracking. This will send the same welcome email again to the original recipient.


Resend a Welcome Email

  1. On the Home page, go to Find Case Reference.

  2. Enter your case reference, then confirm or search to open the case.

  3. In Case Tracking, select Matters.

  4. Find the relevant matter, then click Welcome Email.

  5. Click Resend to send the welcome email again.

The welcome email will be re-issued using the existing case and contact details.
