Overview
If you have forgotten your password for the client portal, you can request a password reset email using the Login ID provided at registration and the email address given to your solicitor. The reset link will only be sent if you have already registered for the portal.
Reset Your Client Portal Password
Go to the Client Portal.
Select Forgot your password.
Enter the Login ID you were given at registration.
Enter the email address you provided to your solicitor.
