Overview
If a client has not received, or cannot find, their details confirmation email, you can resend it directly from the Case Tracking screen for the relevant matter. This will resend the confirmation email to all clients linked to that matter.
Resend the Client Details Confirmation Email
Go to Case Tracking for the relevant matter.
Select the Matters tab.
Click Resend email to all clients.
This will send the details confirmation email again to all clients associated with the matter.

If Resend email to all clients is not visible and you can see the tasks instead, this means the client has already completed this step. In this case, either:
Resend the welcome email, or
Ask the client to request a password reset from the client portal.
