Overview
Use this article to create a new fee scale for quotations. You can define the transaction type, set-up options, legal fees, additional fees, and disbursements, and add or remove individual fee lines as required.
Create a New Fee Scale
On the home page, click the cog icon, then click Settings.
Click Quotation Settings.
Click Create new fee.
From the transaction type list, select the relevant transaction type.
In the text box, enter a fee scale name.
Configure Set-up Options
Under Set-up Options, complete the required fields as needed for your fee scale.
Configure Legal Fees
Under Legal Fees, complete or amend the fields for each fee line as required.
To add another fee line under Legal Fees, click the plus button.
To remove a fee line under Legal Fees, click the delete button.
Configure Additional Fees
Under Additional Fees, complete or amend the fields for each fee line as required.
To add another fee line under Additional Fees, click the plus button.
To remove a fee line under Additional Fees, click the delete button.
Configure Disbursements
Under Disbursements, complete or amend the fields for each fee line as required.
To add another fee line under Disbursements, click the plus button.
To remove a fee line under Disbursements, click the delete button.
Save the Fee Scale
When you have finished configuring all sections, click Save Changes.
Your new fee scale is now available for use in quotations.
