Change MFA Settings for a Client

  1. On the Home page, in Find case reference, enter your case reference.

  2. Open the case, then in Case Tracking, select the Clients tab.

  3. In the Clients tab, choose one of the following options as needed:

    • Require SMS MFA for Text verification

      • Use this if you want the client to receive MFA codes by SMS for text verification.

    • Allow SMS MFA to be skipped to send only to email

      • Use this if you want the client to receive MFA codes only by email, without requiring SMS.

    • Reset MFA

      • Use this to reset the number used for MFA so the MFA details can be updated.

  4. Confirm any prompts that appear to apply the selected change.

The clientโ€™s MFA behaviour will now follow the option you selected.
