Resend a Biometric ID Link
Find and open the case in your system.
Go to the Case Tracking page for that case.
Locate the Biometric ID checks under the Client related Documents tabs.
Click Resend next to the relevant Biometric ID check.
The Biometric ID link will be resent to the client.
Important Information
⚠️ When You Cannot Resend the Existing Link
If the status of the Biometric ID check is Cancelled, you must order a new Biometric ID – the existing link cannot be reused.
After 20 days, the Biometric ID link expires and cannot be resent. You will need to order a new Biometric ID.
💡 About Chasing Emails and Using the Correct Link
The Biometric ID link is sent as chasing emails until the client completes the Biometric ID check.
Make sure the client uses the most recent link sent to them.
Older links will no longer work, even if they are still visible in previous emails.
Edit the Client’s Email Address
If the client’s email address has changed or was entered incorrectly, update it before resending the link.
In the Biometric ID check row on the Client related Documents tab, click Edit Email.
Edit the email address as required.
Click Save.
Once saved, click Resend to send the Biometric ID link to the updated email address.
