One Client Per Login

  • Only one client can sign per login.

  • Each client is provided with their own unique Login ID and portal access.

  • Logins and signatures must not be shared between clients.

This helps ensure that:

  • The correct person is signing the document

  • The audit trail and compliance records are accurate


Help the Client Find Their Login Details

If a client cannot access their portal or sign a document:

  1. Ask the client to check their email inbox (and junk/spam folder).

  2. Look for a registration email that was sent specifically to them.

    • This email contains their Login ID and a link to access the client portal.

  3. Make sure they use their own registration email and login, not one sent to another client.

If they still cannot find the email, you may need to follow your usual process to resend the welcome/registration email or help them reset their password via the client portal.
