Fix Issues Receiving MFA Codes

  1. Enter your login details on the Client portal, then click Log In.

  2. Wait for your MFA code to arrive by email or SMS, depending on your chosen method.

  3. When the code arrives, enter the latest code you received on the MFA screen, then confirm.

πŸ“Œ Note: There may be a short delay between clicking Log In and receiving your MFA code. For example, if you click Log In at 10:00, the code you receive at 10:05 is the one you should use.


Understand MFA Code Timing and Validity

Time Delay

  • After you click Log In, the system sends an MFA code to you by email or SMS.

  • It is normal for the code to take a few minutes to arrive.

  • You must use the code that matches your latest login attempt.

Browser Tabs and Using the Right Code

When using a desktop browser, you must keep the Client portal page open while you wait for the code.

  • If you go back in the browser and click Log In again, a new code is generated.

  • Any previous codes become invalid once you request a new one.

  • You must wait for and use the most recent code that is sent after your last click on Log In.
