Save a Search Quote Without Placing the Order
Click Create New case.
Enter the relevant reference, or click Auto Generate Temporary Case reference.
Click Search order.
Enter the postcode, or click Enter the address manually, then click Next.
Amend the property details as required.
Select how to confirm the boundary, for example upload plan.
From All Products, select either a searches bundle or individual searches, then click Next.
Select insurance if required, then click Next.
Click Save and download.
This saves the quote and downloads it, without placing the search order.
Add a Quote to an Existing Case
On the Home page, in Find case reference, enter the case reference.
Open the case, then go to Case Tracking.
Under Property related documents, click Add documents.
From here, continue using the quote steps starting from the property details stage (see step 5 in “Save a Search Quote Without Placing the Order” above):
Amend property details if required.
Confirm the boundary (for example, upload plan).
Select the required searches and insurance.
Click Save and download to save and download the quote.
The search quote is now associated with the existing case and saved without placing the order.
