How Login IDs Work

  • Each client receives their own Login ID.

  • If the same client is involved in multiple matters or addresses, they may have more than one Login ID.

  • All Login IDs are sent in the original registration email for each matter or address.


Get a Reminder for Your Login ID

Follow these steps if you need a reminder of your Login ID(s):

  1. Go to the Client portal.

  2. Select Forgot your Login ID.

  3. Enter the email address you gave to your solicitor.

  4. Click Submit.

An email will be sent to you containing all Login IDs we have on file for that email address.

If you cannot see the reminder email, ask the client to check their junk/spam folder as well as their inbox.
