Complete a Biometric ID Check
Open the identity check email you received.
In the email, click the Click here link.
On the page that opens, click Verify your identity.
Click Choose document.
Select the document type you will use (for example, passport or driving licence).
Continue the Check on Your Phone (Starting from a Laptop)
If you are starting the process on a laptop:
On your laptop, click Continue on phone.
Click Get secure link.
Using your phone’s camera, scan the QR code displayed on your laptop screen.
Follow the link that opens on your phone.
Capture Your ID and Liveness Video
On your phone, click Take photo.
Follow the on-screen instructions to:
Take a clear photo of your ID document
Complete a short liveness video (for example, turning your head or speaking, as instructed)
Once you have completed the liveness check, click Upload.
Submit Your Verification
After uploading your ID images and video, review any summary shown (if applicable).
Click Submit verification.
Your biometric ID check is now submitted for verification.
