Mark A Document As Not Required

  1. Open your conveyancing quote.

  2. Click Matters.

  3. Locate and select the specific document that is not needed.

  4. Click the document to open it.

  5. Select the Mark as not required checkbox.

The document will be removed from the clientโ€™s required documents list, and they will no longer receive chasing emails about that document.


Limitations

โš ๏ธ Important

  • This feature only works for non-standard documents.

  • Standard documents that are automatically ruled as required (for example, the Client Questionnaire) are always required and cannot be removed or marked as not required.

If you are unsure whether a document is standard or removable, check how it appears in your matter template or speak to your system administrator.
