Amend the Case Reference on a Case
On the Home screen, in Find case reference, enter the existing case reference and open the case.
On the Case Tracking page, go to the top-right where the case reference is displayed.
Click the Pencil icon next to the case reference.
Edit the reference to the new value you require.
Click Update to save the change.
The case will now display the updated reference in Case Tracking.
Change the Reference on Returned Reports
β οΈ Important
Updating the case reference in Case Tracking does not automatically update the reference on any reports that have already been returned.
To amend the reference on returned reports, you must contact the processing team using your usual support or processing email/channel so they can update those records manually.
