If you already know the case reference, you can use Find case reference on the home page to open it directly.
Locate Cases by Branch and Fee Earner
On the home page, click Case Tracking from the left-hand menu.
(Optional) If the case reference is known, enter it in Find case reference on the home page to open the case directly.
To find cases created by other branches, use Filter by Branch and select the required branch.
To narrow the results further, use Filter by User and select the fee earner (solicitor) you want to view.
The list will update to show cases that match the selected branch and fee earner filters.
