Start the Biometric ID Check
Do one of the following:
To use a new case, click Create new case.
To use an existing case, click Add to existing case.
If known, enter a reference number.
If you do not have a reference, click Auto-generate to create a temporary reference.
π Note
You can amend the auto-generated reference at a later stage if needed.Click Biometric ID Check.
Enter Client Details and Order the Biometric Check
Enter the client details in the fields provided.
Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Click Next.
Review the information entered.
Click Confirm Order to submit the Biometric ID check.
The Biometric ID check will now be processed for the client on the selected case.
