Create a New Case

  1. Click Create new case.

  2. In the Create a new reference field, do one of the following:

    • Type the reference you require, or

    • Tick Auto generate a temporary case reference to let the system create one for you.

  3. Click Next.

  4. To start working on the case, select the required tab (for example, Conveyancing Quote, Search Order, Indemnity Insurance, AML ID Check, or other available options).

You can continue to work through the selected tab’s workflow to progress the case.
