Check the Document and Upload Formats
Check file types for any uploads
Make sure any documents you or your client have uploaded are one of the supported formats:PNG
JPEG
Word
PDF

Other file types may prevent the signing process from loading correctly.Check date and other field formats
Make sure any dates or formatted fields match the required format. For example:MM/YYYYβ05/2001
If a field expects a specific format and the entry does not match, it can cause errors when loading the signing page.
Check Your Browser
Clear cookies and refresh the page
Open your browser settings.
Clear cookies (at least for the site you are using).
Close the browser tab, reopen it, and access the client portal again.
Try signing the document again.
If the Issue Continues
If you have:
Confirmed all uploads are in supported formats (PNG, JPEG, Word, PDF),
Checked that dates and other fields use the correct format (for example
MM/YYYY), andCleared cookies and refreshed your browser,
β¦but the signing page still loads continuously, then:
β‘οΈ Contact your solicitor and ask them to raise the error with Legal Bricks Support.
They will be able to provide the case details and document information needed for the Support team to investigate further.
