This update includes:

Access Evo

Redesigning look and feel. Legal Bricks now sits within Access Evo, there are substantial changes to improving our look and feel our portal features consistent with Access branding. This is ongoing project involving iterative changes to ensure minimal impact and disruptions to day-to-day activities for our users.

General

System reliability improvements - Behind-the-scenes enhancements ensure more stable performance and fewer unexpected errors during your daily workflows.

Key Bug Fixes

  • Resolved issue where solicitors could incorrectly order Hackney searches

  • Fixed Post Completion Day List functionality issues

  • Fixed biometric authentication error 500 responses

  • Corrected pretty print error formatting issues

Improved the look and feel of Legal Bricks consistent with Access branding and increased system stability and reliability, and comprehensive bug fixes for smoother daily operations.


Legal Excellence Team

Your go-to team for Legal Bricks success!

Legal Bricks customers have the benefit of additional support and resource available to them from the Legal Excellence Team. Customers are assigned a Customer Relationship Manager specifically for Legal Bricks to help with any questions and ensure everything is running smoothly.

While your Account Manager remains your primary contact for your overall relationship with Access, the Legal Excellence Team works alongside your Account Manager as an additional resource to provide dedicated assistance with Legal Bricks.

The Legal Excellence Team is dedicated to helping you get the most out of Legal Bricks. Whether you need quick answers or in-depth support, we’re here for you.

  • Answering Queries: Fast responses to your questions or directing you to the right team.

  • Guidance & Support: Helping you understand and make the most of Legal Bricks.

In-app assistance now live

Following our email in January, we wanted to remind you that as of February 3, all support queries for Legal Bricks are now handled directly within the product through our in-app messenger.

Quick reminder:

  • Click the messenger icon (bottom-right corner) to access the Digital Assistant and Help Centre guides

  • Support-entitled users will now raise all support cases through the Digital Assistant - the Support Portal is no longer available for new cases

  • Telephone support remains available as always

This change brings everything you need into one convenient location - no more switching between platforms. All users can access Help Centre content, while support-entitled users can raise cases as usual.
