Latest product updates

  • Enhanced phone numbers display - Improved phone number formatting by removing unnecessary +44 prefix, providing cleaner and more readable contact information display.

  • Side panel validation - Title Number format validation in case side panel ensures accuracy for automation processes, reducing errors and improving submission success rates.

  • Notification management - Self-configuration tool in Settings > My Account > My Preferences allows complete control over email and bell notifications, including unsubscribe options for customized communication preferences.

  • Cookie Policy update - Updated Cookie Policy across all Legal Bricks products aligned with Access standards, ensuring consistent data protection and compliance.

Client portal (LB Connect)

  • EPC verification link - Direct link to EPC.gov.uk under 'Add EPC' task enables clients to verify certificate details before submission, improving accuracy and reducing processing delays.

  • Sale questionnaire enhancement - New question 2.16 captures details of residents aged 17+ who will be living at the property, ensuring comprehensive occupancy information for compliance requirements.

Post completion

  • Enhanced automation - Title number and SDLT reference automatically populate in forms, significantly reducing manual data entry and processing time.

  • Day List Enquiry service - Query Land Registry for application status and details using Title Number or Application Reference, streamlining Post Completion case management and tracking.

Land Registry

  • OS1/OS2 error validation - Improved error messaging and validation guidance for OS1 and OS2 forms, reducing submission errors and providing clearer completion instructions.

  • Title Number auto-population - Automatic Title Number population from case data saves time and ensures consistency across Land Registry form submissions.

Key bug fixes

Latest bug fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the scroll bar doesn't work after generating a quote.

  • Fixed an issue where user gets stuck when selecting a dropdown from the tax relief claim in SDLT.

Law Society TA6 and TA7 forms

New editions development - Developing updated TA6 and TA7 forms ready for January 2026 release, ensuring compliance with the latest Law Society standards and requirements.

Be aware: spot and avoid phishing emails

We’re seeing more phishing emails that look like they’re from people you trust - but they’re not. These messages may include QR codes, links, or attachments designed to steal your information. Email security systems work hard to block these threats, but some may still reach your inbox.

Please stay alert and look out for:

  • Unexpected or urgent requests

  • Slight misspellings in email addresses or names

  • Poor grammar or unusual formatting

  • Links or attachments you weren’t expecting

We've launched a new Account Support experience to help you resolve billing, invoice, and account-related questions more quickly.

Please note: This service is specifically for account matters - for technical or software support, please continue using your usual channels.

Failure to prevent fraud: putting it into practice
