Land Registry

  • OC1/OC2 - Users can submit OC1/OC2 digitally with automation and document availability check, streamlining the application process and reducing manual processing time.

  • AP1 - Estimated completion date now shows after submission, providing clients with better visibility and transparency on expected completion timelines for their property transactions.

  • AP1 - Added support for new lender BARCLAYS BANK UK PLC, expanding available lending options for your clients' property transactions and providing greater flexibility in financing arrangements.

  • Daylist enquiry - In a case, users can automatically view status of applications submitted to land registry, improving case tracking and reducing manual status checking efforts.

Searches

Local authority - Regulated local authority search has been disabled for properties with address within the Hackney Council until further notice.

Key Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where company number was not populating for lender HSBC Bank plc

  • Resolved an issue where notifications could not be dismissed after reading them

  • SDLT5 certificate with missing seller/vendor name has been resolved
