We're pleased to announce the latest release of Access Legal Bricks
This release enhances post-completion workflows with automatic document population for AP1 submissions, extends AML traceability with case reference linking in LB Law, and adds priority expiry tracking to the AP1 dashboard for improved deadline visibility.
Post Completion
AP1 Priority Expiry Tracking – If an OS1 has been ordered via the Land Registry integration, the priority expiry date is now displayed on the AP1 tracking screen alongside submission and estimated completion dates, helping solicitors monitor critical deadlines.
Auto-populate OS1 and OS2 Documents – OS1 and OS2 documents are now automatically populated within the AP1 journey, reducing manual data entry and the risk of submission errors.
Auto-populate Official Title Copies – Official title copy details are now pre-filled automatically, streamlining the post-completion document preparation process.
Mortgage Lender Warning on AP1 Charges – Users are now warned when a mortgage lender is required in an AP1 where there is a Charge, reducing the risk of requisitions from HMLR.
Quotations & Conversions
Sale and Purchase Reference Display – If integrated with Proclaim, sale and purchase matter references are now displayed within Legal Bricks for better case visibility and cross-referencing across the two systems.
Risk & Compliance
AML Case Reference Linking – AML compliance records now support case reference linking at both the case and client level, with backfill functionality to update existing records. This improves traceability and audit readiness across compliance workflows in LB Law.
Key Bug Fixes
HMLR Document Attachments – Resolved an issue where HMLR was not receiving replies with attached documents.

Real-time system status in your Digital Assistant
We've added a live StatusHub widget to your digital assistant, so you can see real-time system status the moment you open the messenger icon - no need to navigate elsewhere or raise a ticket just to check if something is down.
The widget displays current operational status, any active incidents and upcoming scheduled maintenance at a glance. If there's a known issue, the assistant can also acknowledge it automatically using live data, so you get a relevant, timely response straight away.
Where to find it
Open the digital assistant and you'll see the status indicator near the top of the home screen. Green means all systems operational, and any active alerts will appear there too.
